Early in Corey’s career, he led street teams and promotional tours for great brands, which not only allowed him to see the country (forty-seven states), but gain hands-on consumer promotions experience. To this day Corey still consults and creates mobile experiences for clients like American Express, Nike, and UNTUCKit.

These programs and roles include:

  • American Express: Member Week Mobile Box Office: Corey led production and logistics on reward experience for cardholders at Grand Central Station.

  • EDGE New York: Corey routed a branded vintage vehicle as a mini hub to distribute cotton candy at locations like Hudson Yards’ The Vessel, and in top destination neighborhoods like Flatiron, DUMBO, and Madison Square Park.

  • UNTUCKit: Lead account and production management of regional mobile retail concept, including all routing, operations, and staff.

  • Michael Moore's "Where To Invade Next" Bus Tour: Coordinated graphic design and routing.

  • The Economist: This NYC street activation centered around branded coffee carts, drove subscriptions with the incentive of free cups of kopi lowak, the world’s most expensive coffee.

  • Nike Running Van Corey spearheaded development and activation of all logistics for regional van, empowering connections with running-specialty stores, run groups, and youth programs.

  • Nike Trolley: Corey led all components of this grassroots ambush marketing tactic at and around the Boston Marathon, managing all agencies and vendors involved and controlling the entire creative process.

  • Hasbro Shout About Movies: Coordinated road and setup elements of turnkey game demonstration at Loews Theaters. Elements included onsite sweepstakes kiosks, popcorn premiums, and collateral distribution.

  • Nivea For Men & Nivea Soft: Oversaw all aspects of national sampling tours at high-profile events, with a total distribution of over 3 million samples.

  • Budweiser "Noche De Pasión" Tour: Produced arena–size mobile brand experience, with concert and soccer tournament; managed team of five, plus local union labor. Program was awarded an Event Marketer Ex Award for Best Proprietary Property.

  • Volkswagen Phaeton: Brand Ambassador for onsite test-drives and shuttles with preferred W Hotel guests. This activation received a Reggie Award for Best Regional Market Promotion Over $1 Million.

  • Panasonic Save Your Summer: Tour manager and driver of outfitted "Fun Emergency Vehicle" ambulance delivering "summer saving" experience with karaoke, instant DVD recordings, and jaw-dropping product demonstrations for deep consumer engagement.

  • Citi: Led street team to distribute mouse pads and subway maps throughout Manhattan, spreading the word about Citibank's ATMs. 

  • Bloomberg Radio: Synchronized daily commuter distribution of pocket radios tuned to Bloomberg. Throughout the five boroughs, a total distribution of 300,000 radios.

  • Gatorade S.W.E.A.T. Force: Market Manager of grassroots, turnkey event program at grade schools, camps, and youth groups, overseeing all stages of local operation.
