 Microsoft AI Tour

Built for developers, data scientists, and cutting-edge technologists to connect with AI thought leaders, this free one-day event is held in eight global centers and includes an opening keynote, and a fireside chat with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Attendees have access to over forty technical breakout sessions and immersive workshops, as well as a Connection Hub where attendees can connect and learn via one-to-one meetings with experts.

He was the primary point of contact for all planning and logistics for the New York City event, coordinating across client teams, venue management, and the general contractor. Leading a team of six producers, Corey oversaw the production timeline, union labor, house electric, connectivity, catering, and all critical show services.

An exclusive showcase allowed select vendors a face-to-face forum with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.

A robust show day staff plan allowed registrants a smooth and enjoyable experience on event day.

Corey led development of the two U.S. events, which included building the budget and scope, crafting workback timelines, staffing teams, researching and contracting venues, experience design, and vendor selection.

Over 4,000 delegates attended tour stops at San Francisco’s Moscone Center and New York City’s Javits Center.

Corey’s deep collaboration with the client’s in-house security, technology, registration, and transportation partners ensured the efficient delivery of the two U.S. events and a seamless user experience.

The twelve immersive workshops were the most in-demand sessions of the day.
